📦 1. Delivery of Digital Products & Services

a. Online Courses (Live or Pre-recorded)

Access details (e.g., Zoom/Google Meet link, schedule, or login credentials) will be delivered via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of successful payment.
Pre-recorded modules (if included) will be shared through a secure platform or drive link.

b. Website Development, Logo, and Graphic Design Services

After your project brief is confirmed and payment is received, we begin work as per the agreed timeline.
Final deliverables (like website files, logos, creatives, etc.) are shared via email, drive links, or other cloud platforms (e.g., WeTransfer, Dropbox).
Delivery time may vary depending on the project scope. Typical delivery timelines:
- Logo Design: 2–4 business days
- Website: 5–15 business days
- Graphics/Banners: 1–3 business days

🚨 Note: Project delays caused by client-side delays in feedback or inputs are not CredoFusion’s responsibility.

🚚 2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

Currently, CredoFusion does not deal in physical goods. However, if any promotional or printed material (e.g., certificates, merchandise, training kits) is offered:

Shipping will be done via trusted courier partners.
Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days within India.
Shipping charges (if any) will be communicated during purchase.

Business Days: Monday to Saturday (10 AM – 7 PM)
No deliveries or support on Sundays or public holidays unless pre-scheduled.
